About the Author
Tsukasa Fushimi (born 1981) is a Japanese author of light novels. He made his debut in 2006 with the novel series Jūsanbanme no Alice. This was followed in 2008 by his well-known novel series Oreimo, which spawned a media franchise encompassing multiple manga, anime and video game adaptations. In 2013, Fushimi began writing his novel series Ero Manga Sensei. The author lives in Tokyo, Japan.

What to say..
I really enjoy Kuroneko's character. She's cute, she's fun.. and a bit reserved.
I wish Oreimo's main story kicked Kirino to the curb. ;)
Hopefully, that is exactly what this spin-off will be.. and so far.. it's been a good start! :)

The pacing seems a little rushed, but the art and characters are enjoyable.

The pacing seemed a little fast, but I have been finding that the pacing has been fast in Manga lately. Unless it's a sports or battle manga intended to spread across 50 volumes the pacing is just a bit faster than I like and it would be nice if the dialogue and characters had a little more room to breathe. Other than that I like the characters, and it's nice to have a continuation of the story with the cute but socially awkward Kuro Neko.

fun, lighthearted story

continued good style... this whole series is a pretty good manga adaptation. Having watched the anime I can see that it is probably closer in its style to those than to the light novels, as it was made well after them.
